Guidance Notes
The Competition Authority Guidance Notes, which are intended only as a guide and are not legally binding, have been produced in order to:
- provide guidance to those making complaints;
- assist businesses and others comply with competition law; and/or
- increase the transparency concerning the way in which the Competition Authority conducts its business.
