Mr Justice Frédéric Jenny - The Globalisation of Competition Enforcement

In the second seminar of the Competition Enforcers Series, Mr Justice Frédéric Jenny delivered a keynote address on the subject of the globalisation of competition enforcement at the IIEA on Monday 4 April.

Mr Justice Jenny is one of the judges at the Commercial, Economic and Financial Law Chamber of the Cour de Cassation, the French Supreme Court. He is also chair of the OECD Competition Committee. This event was the second seminar in the Competition Enforcers Series.
