Proceedings continue in the High Court against
Superquinn
over allegations concerning the fixing of the retail price of milk.
In similar proceedings, settlements were reached with
Tesco
in December 2002, with
Glanbia
and
Sligo Dairies
in July 2003 and with
Dairygold
in March 2004. (High Court Record 1998 No 1999 No. 6916P).
