Public Service Agreement 2010-2014

In June 2010 a Public Service Agreement was agreed. This required public bodies to produce an implementation plan detailing how each organisation will deliver an ongoing reduction in the cost of delivery of public services along with excellent services to the public over the term of the Agreement.
